  • Really inspiring modern sculpture park. Think a smaller Walker in Minnesota but free. One of the panels in the panaromic awarness pavilion was shattered and diminished the effect  more »
  • For a short but lovely area, visit this sculpture park. We walked around the block, and then took in the areas with paths for closer looks. Thank you  more »
  • If you're walking around in the area it's okay to walk through/bike past. I'm also not really into "art" that is abstract.  more »

  • I love the sculpture park. It's a testament to Describe Moines' dedication to the arts and culture that is largely under-appreciated by anyone who's never been here. Unfortunately, there is a cleanliness issue that must be addressed. There aren't enough trash receptacles for the public to help maintain this otherwise lovely space. I'd love to see creative solutions for that as well as a few shaded spaces in the future. In the meantime, this will still be one of my favorite spots in the city.
  • A wide range of styles, and all of it very accessible. Love to see public art/green space in urban areas, and to see so many people taking advantage of it. A great asset!
  • Hands down the best sculpture park in the metro area. They a ghost girl, a giant spider, some phallic stuff, and a head made out of letters. Really cool.
  • I love this park and it is great for awesome photo opportunities. I spend a lot of time down here. The only thing I really dislike about the park is at night the night guard is really pushy and will not let you walk around and enjoy the awesome lighting.
  • It's an extension of the art museum which is also beautiful. My son enjoyed walking along and reading the map that he found, which had information about each sculpture. He was disappointed that one sculpture on the map wasn't in the park.
