  • We went to the zoo during fall, which we've never done before, but thought it would be a good few hours for my toddler. It was decorated beautifully - so Halloween/fall like. The girl at the front des...  read more »

  • This is a great zoo for younger children. There are a few bigger animals but overall the zoo is pretty compact. We had a pass at a national zoo and got in very inexpensively. A good place to kill a few hours. You can pay to feed parakeets and ride camels.
  • I haven't been to this zoo in over ten years and I can say that the changes they have made are amazing. The animals are well taken care of and the zoo itself is in great shape. There is a very positive environment that promotes learning and fun for kids and adults. Be prepared to spend some time there, there is a lot to see and do.
  • Zoo Brew is amazing. Zoo brew is great if you like to drink, look at animals and dislike running into kids at the zoo. The zoo isn't too huge but it's a decent size. There's lots of interactive exhibits for everyone!
  • It's a good zoo for little kids. You can see the whole pork in a few hours before losing their interest. My kids love the petting zoo. I like zoo brew Wednesdays
  • Plenty of exhibits to see in an afternoon or to stay all day. Clean well kept and everything at the zoo seemed to be in proper working order. Also the playground and picnic tables outside the zoo are a nice perk.
