  • As a child, I used to love this place. It's so run down, dirty, needs paint and a lot TLC. Many rides looked unsafe or weren't working at all. It's affordable for the kids, but you get what you pay fo...  more »
  • This lovely old-school amusement park will transport you back to the 90s with the old-school rides. Prices are great/affordable, nice to go when the Sun goes down. Great for couples, singles, families...  more »
  • I always liked Lakeside since it was cheaper than Elitches and is easier to get too than Six Flags. Rocky Mountain park is right across the street for some picnic fun  more »

  • Went on Labor Day weekend. Turns out it was the last weekend of the season. Unlimited rides bracelets for $10, or county fair style ride tickets for $0.10/each. No charge for parking, and they let you bring in whatever food you want. Lots of great old shade trees all over. Took a picnic dinner and spent $10 for a great night for a family of five. Admission is $3/person, everything else is what you want to pay for. Old school rides, relatively short lines. It ain't Elitches, but that's not why you come.
  • A slice of the past. Janky rides and underpaid teenage staff make for a one-of-a-kind experience in Denver. Feels just like that small-town amusement park back home. Very inexpensive. I prefer to go on weeknights when it isn't so busy. Some of the rides hurt my body a lot but I still keep coming back.
  • I love going to Lakeside, brings back a lot of childhood memories. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned it's very ran down. I would suggest doing some landscaping and cleaning up the park, maybe even adding a few new rides or restore old ones. Great place nonetheless, just please get new management!! Restore lakeside.
  • When we went 2/3 of the rides were not running. Admission price was great but don't buy an unlimited pass, not worth it because not enough rides. This place would be awesome if the fixed it up a little bit. Great history. Buts it's neglected.
  • I remember going here with my brothers as a little girl. My husband and I have taken our daughter and even her friends here. Such a great amusement park. No outrageous prices like Elitches. And you're allowed to have birthday parties wth outside food. Love, love, love this place!!!!
