  • Spent a few minutes in here while visiting the adjacent mall. This is a really neat place with a lot of great stuff for the outdoorsman. Especially like the shooting range upstairs- a nice addition to...  more »
  • This place is like entering a cabin in the Woods. Loved it. I spent way to much money as they had what I wanted in stock and some other things I never knew I needed. Lots of fun and I need to go back ...  more »
  • I LOVE Bass Pro! This was awesome to just stop and browse the store, first time talking my 1 1/2 yr old to view the fish and start his interest in the outdoors!  more »

  • Great all around sporting goods store. Well worth the drive from Lafayette. I am an avid outdoorsman, hunting, camping, fishing, etc. Bass Pro has something to meet my every need. I can't tell you how many purchases I have made there but my favorite is definitely my Outfitter tent. Anyone who has ever shopped for these know that it is a major purchase, with a major price tag. The folks at Bass Pro were more than helpful. They we're knowledgable and really new the pros and cons of each tent they carried. I went in several times before deciding, loaded with questions. They were patient and seemed really in to helping me get the right tent for my needs. Great customer service, quality products, and the price point was livable. Lifelong customer here.
  • So sad that a store with such potential has such poor service. Are the guys at the gun counter THAT unhappy with their jobs? I am a lifelong big game hunter and outdoors woman and felt like a pariah in the firearms department. From here on out my greatest effort will be to shop elsewhere for hunting gear and all other outdoor accessories. Incidentally - I would give the cashier on the first floor by the door ten stars. She was professional, courteous and helpful.
  • Very disrespectfull and uprofessional in archery section. We usually go to cabelas as i have a guy up there whom is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. Coming here i watched as an 8 year old with no experiance was left alone with his parents who also had no experiance at the range. Then after looking around and asking a few questions i was told how horrible the guys at cabellas were when quite frankly everyone ive worked with at the cabelas store is very successful competition shooters who were the most helpful, knowledgeable, and patient men ive ever met. If you have to downgrade another company whom you apparently know nothing about are you really any good at your job?
  • Love Bass Pro! Hunting, fishing, boating, they have it all. Best prices and selection in town!
  • I have been to several Bass Pro Shops in my life and they are always fun, like a trip to the museum. Some are over-the-top impressive, like the Memphis shop. I’m not much of a hunter/angler but I do a fair bit in the backcountry. I use this particular location for ammunition, the staff in that department has always been very helpful and they often have good prices on common calibers.
