  • If I was a dog I would want to be brought here! Not only could dogs get exercise but so can humans by walking around the perimeter of the area. I only wish my dog was able to go there, but when he did...  more »
  • This is a wonderful dog park that is clean, has shade, a dog bath, water for dogs, doggie bags, and 2 sides for large and small dogs.
  • Barkley is peaceful, large, hilly and equipped doggy park w lake and pretty landscape. A perfect spot for doggy exercise and socializing.

  • Great area for large dogs. Lots of room for the puppies to play and a pod for them to cool off. Self serve dog wash is also available
  • I used to drive to this dog park every so often when I lived in Daytona. It is one of the, if not the, best dog parks I've ever visited. It's huge! It has lots of trees scattered around, and hills which lead down towards a large pond at the center of the large dog area. It's beautiful and everybody was always very nice. It's a great place to take your pups for exercise and for yourself to relax. (((My pups and I have visited over a dozen dog parks and beaches at the time of this review.)))
  • Great open park with two sections one for bigger dogs another for the smaller. Amazingly open place for the dog to just run and sniff around.
  • The park is beautiful and plenty of room to run, however when I arrived in the large dog area there was a group of older ppl with their dogs and when we walked over the group of dogs surrounded and pinned my dog to the ground, a 4 month old puppy, he is a larger dog, but still a puppy, the other dogs may have intended to play, however one dog in particular was highly aggressive and my dog has a bite wound on his inner leg. When the owner came over he expressed how friendly his dog is, I said growling and biting is not friendly. Another lady needed to restrain her dog because he was growling at my dog, she explained her dog gets jealous, but at least she restrained him. This group left the park and a couple of nice ppl and their dogs came. The man explained when he sees the man with the light brown/tan colored dog he leaves the park as he's personally seen the dog attack , and one time it was a puppy. As mine is. I also got the same story describing this dog, from a lady who came later, possibly mixed with pit bull but with a long tail. Description for identification purposes, because all pit bulls I've been in contact with before have been friendly. The lady said he's notoriously aggressive with other dogs and the owner doesn't care. Not sure what the reporting process is, but please be aware if you attend this park.
  • Its okay, lots of dogs are here. If your dog is good with others then this may be for you. If not then dont bother coming here.
