  • This was a stopover on a long journey. Pity as there are lots of things to see here and even on a Columbus Day Weekend no large crowds. We have a excuse to return!
  • Admission $ 14 per person is not appropriate, because you can see the houses from the outside without a ticket, is in a public road, some are in private hands. You can visit 3 or 4 houses without a guide (including furniture, silverware). For the houses with leadership, the schedule is very badly divided. All tours begin each hour. So much time was not worth this "Museum". Also we got kicked out even from the last free accessible House, because the Lady at the ticket office had forgotten to give us the bracelet. (Was not asked in the different houses). The gentleman was very rude and the trouble was not worth to the ticket office and back to the House to run us then. Can not recommend a visit, there's much better historical places.

  • Very fun! The guided tours are great, and the kids house/workshops are a blast for the little ones. Everyone was very helpful, and the scenery and buildings are gorgeous.
