  • I love TG beer. I was so excited to visit the tap room on my trip to Decorah IA. But the service was horrible. I wasn't acknowledged at all when I came in. Young woman bartender passed right by me 5 t...  more »
  • There is a nice patio but the inside of the brewery smelled like mold/mildew (not a beer making smell...it was like an old building smell). I would not have been able to sit inside. I had a pink beer....  more »

  • I will never buy their beer ever again. They charge $500 for a bottle of beer. Price gouging. Then they under charge a customer $200 and then they email and send a letter demanding it back. Wow what great customer service.
  • Nobody does hops in the Midwest like TG. Nice little tap room too.
  • Great beer, that's pretty much all you need to know. The taproom is small, but has a good vibe. Usually filled with locals and students from Luther. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
  • Beer was all pretty good. Nothing that knocked your socks off and nothing stopping me from finishing the taster flight. Definitely good for the area. The darker porters and stout textured kind of thin like water and not the full mouthy milky texture and consistency I prefer in stouts and porters.
  • Had the pleasure of meeting Clark and Barb at the Badger State Brewery in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They were generous enough to hand me a bomber of King Sue! It was one of the best Imperial IPA's I have had. Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to the day I can get Toppling Goliath out in Pennsylvania!
