  • It's a fun place to visit with little kids. You won't see the exciting wild animals that you see in bigger city zoos. It's a small town zoo. Still, it's a good place to visit for a short day visit. Es...  more »

  • Nice family place. Seating throughout zoo. Concession, playground, petting zoo, gift shop, train rides (pretty short) and merry-go-round ($2) Clean.
  • Great place to bring younger kids. Has the right amount to keep them occupied
  • Nice little Zoo. Friendly staff. Boo at the Zoo is always a treat.
  • Small zoo, but when combined with the Children's Museum next door, it makes for a good day. There is a very nice, large playground outside the zoo, which offers a great way to burn off kids' energy. The carousel and train name for nice diversions. The herpetarium was a really nice exhibit.
  • I love our zoo! The staff are amazing and there is almost always an animal encounter when we are there. My kids never get sick of going. The animals are so well taken care of!
