  • There is an excellent restaurant. You can go for a swim. In the rest of the Park as a park, American type: shaded, well maintained, lots of water. Natural Park of attractions.

  • Don't forget to walk through the woods. See the 500 year old tree. The walk is not that long but nice. Take the boat ride.  more »

  • My favorite for over 20 years. I am not a pancake lover, but there is something about this place. It could be the handmade pancake batter in the 5 grain or white. Both are delicious on their own, but I mix them for a very unique taste and quality. The bacon is delicious and I have it each time. I even love cooking my own breakfast just the way I want it. It is a bit of a drive, and if going during the summer or a weekend you probably need to expect a wait - but it is well worth it. And I always bring visitors to the area here.
  • Beautiful place, loved the boat tour around the swamp. The cottage like cafe was great too, made our own french toast and grilled cheese, very entertaining. Learned to do my navigational dive in the pool, and although it wasn't that much of a dive, the turtles are fun to chill with. Can't ask for more from a 2$ entrance fee.
  • This is a nice small state park using a spring as its center piece. It is small in a sense and is lined with concrete which in my opinion, ruins the natural part of the experience. The spring is deep and can prevent inexperienced free divers from reaching the bottom from where the spring water originates from. The water is pretty clear. There is also rentals for canoe, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats. The Old Spanish Sugar Mill also has great pancakes that you cook on your table but the line could be more than an hour at times. There is also large pavilions for large groups currently priced at $75 dollars. Charcoal grills are also on site. Parking seems adequate and there is a sand volleyball court next to it as well.
  • Great family-friendly local fun spot. The Mill and its "make your own" pancakes was a fun venue. Followed by a dip in the clean cool spring waters was a treat for a hot Florida day. Get here early.
  • Very nice park with a lot of wild life. We saw alligators and manatee, differents birds, people are fishing and catching very big fishes. Wonderful separated natural spring swimming pool. A lot of tables with bbq, shadow and playground. We rent paddle boat and canoe. In restorant for 5$/person you can cooking pancakes. Very quiet park with different activities.
