  • This place is amazing! It's the second time I've boarded my girls here and I couldn't be happier with the entire visit! 2 days after I picked them up and I think they're still tired from their "doggy ...  more »

  • The experience with this facility was dreadful. Ranging from the issues and injury of my dog while under their care, up to and MORE IMPORTANTLY the lack of follow up to see how his recovery went or even any communication with me. This all began with using them while we went away on a family vacation. To keep this short, my dog was injured at that their facility on the second or third day he was there (I still have no accurate explanation as to how or even the time of day he was injured...its pathetic). My mother who lives close by went to visit him and the area he was staying in was covered in blood. Something with his ceramic bowls happened and they must have broke and it lacerated his paws in different areas. The person on duty never noticed or cared to assist so the number of hours he sat like this is undetermined. My mother and a friend immediately had to take him to a vet, since the facility refused to help him or assist. At this point they took the liability stance of its out of their hands, again utterly pathetic. He was taken to my mothers all bandaged up and had to have four subsequent vet visits to finish healing (which added up to quite the bill). The most egregious part about it all, is that I did not get one phone call from them asking how he was doing or even an apology. It was complete radio silence. I called and spoke to people and even sent in an email, only to get the canned "well the supervisor is out and I will leave them a message to get to you". Beware if you leave your pets in their hands, I am sure most visits go smoothly, but if something does not, this is where their incompetence and apathy become obvious. I am a reasonable person and understand accidents happen, but the lack of follow up and concern is what troubles me most with this facility. There is zero chance I would ever use them again, and would never recommend them. One laughable moment regarding their apathy was when my mother wen to go pick up his things after knowing he would not return and they told her that they must have thrown away his ball...sounds trivial but my dog loves his ball and it was a comfort device we gave him with the hopes he would be calm while we were away on vacation. Things like that are what helped shape the overall awful experience I had in dealing with them.
  • As a business you should specifically publicly your grooming hours vs your boarding hours and have groomers on staff for those hours. If the groomers are there BY APPT Only your website and Google listing should say that so when your groomers leave early and customers arrive during business hours we don't have to make a wasted trip with our pets and be told the groomers left early. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I'll just go back to our old groomers. It's too bad, the location is convenient if there were any one there to ever do the services it would be great
  • Great place! Great people! This is the second time I've boarded my girls there and I couldn't be happier. Of course they were excited to see me when I picked them up, but I really don't think they wanted to leave! Thanks everyone for taking such good care of my girls!
  • We love to leave our Lab here - for extra one on one attention.
