  • This park is well maintained and the facilities are kept clean. Not a lot of loitering here. We walk up to the park daily from our beach walk. We stretch here and head home for a 6 mile loop.  more »

  • Learnt to surf here, waves break pretty nicely for a beginner. Lovely facilities for kids as well as the information for beach noobs. Can't ask more from a beach park.
  • We decided to stop here and let the kids go out and play while I went to the beach. The bathrooms were in pretty decent condition, the place lights are great, and the beach setting was gorgeous. Anyone looking for a place to park for free and enjoy the beach, this is the place to go.
  • Great park we have spent our entire vacation here but today the 5th of October with hurricane Matthew coming in in the shallow part of ocean my kids was playing in water and the next wave they seen a fin and ran and seen a 5 foot shark come up out of water right between them is say it would have gotten one of em if a bigger wave hadn't knocked it back anyways be careful out there been coming here 20 years and this is my first shark sighting
  • I love this beachfront park when I don't feel like paying to drive on the beach. It has restrooms that are usually in decent condition, a playground, beach access, lifeguard, foot wash, and decent parking although it fills up quickly in the mornings especially weekends during spring break and summer. I park here when I want to walk the beach at night. Been there several times past 11pm with no problem with towing or scary people. Recommended.
  • This is the best beachside park we have been to. We have been there 50 times driving up from our home in Orlando. Multiple bathrooms, gender specific. Bathroom are large for changing or helping your kids. Multiple showers just outside the bathrooms with foot washers. Great picture spot overlooking beach. Playground for the kids. 4 covered picnic structures. We use one every time and have never been unable to get one. You can reserve the structures but we never have. Several open air picnic tables as well. Basically flat landscape with lots of grass around picnic areas. Easy access and walking. Switchback wooden ramp to beach as well as a separate staircase. Short walk to the water. Great place to beach!!!
