  • I wanted to check this place out and hoped to get some herbs as well as have a break from the four-day wine tasting excursion with our friends from all over the US. Although they didn't have the fresh...  more »

  • A recent review said it best, take a break from the wines, even though they have an excellent winery, and visit. An olive oil press, or mill with their olives, a nice plant/ flower nursery, great gift...  more »

  • Great place to stop for some olive oil. They have a self serve tasting bar, where you can try the different oils and vinegars. We ended up purchasing two types of olive oil. The staff was very friendly. There is also a wine tasting room, but we did not get a chance to try that.
  • The property has been developed with a keen sense of design and respect of place. Uniquely nice structures, landscape plantings, and numerous viewing locals make the 100+ acres a visual delight. Clearly the Wine and Olive Oil are the deserved draw but make time to fully explore a wonderful destination crafted with care and your hospitality in mind.
  • Multiple times here for different occasions. I'm a chef, so being excited about fresh olive oil is necessary! It took me a long time time to even know this farm existed! I'm sending my friends here!
  • They have great tasting vinegars and olive oils. Different flavors to try too. They also make wine but we didn't buy that. They have a nursery and some other types of gifts. Lavender, soap, grape juice made from wine grapes (yum!) and various other kitchen and household items. Stopped by here with my wife to let her look around while on vacation in Oregon. She absolutely loved it. They had some really cool gift sets of vinegars and olive oils. They are small bottles that stack on top of each other to make a tall bottle that is easy to carry around. The people (and cats) that work there are really nice too. They seem to enjoy working there also. We had a cat that followed us around everywhere outside and kept plopping down in front of us wherever we walked. She was our personal tour guide. You have to walk by the nursery too. The groundcover is fun, it's hazelnut shells.
  • Nestled in wine country, Red Ridge Farms offers an experience. It's home to 13+ acres of olive trees, Durant Vineyards wines and a quaint nursery with plenty of herbs and succulents, which are my favorite plants to grow. More than the views of the valley, what caught my attention the most were the smells of the all the different herbs--lavender, rosemary, mint, sage and so on. The grounds has a small nursery and gift store where you can purchase the olive oil they process on site, balsamic vinegar, bath products, lavender creations, plants, tasty treats, loose leaf tea and different types of salt. Stop by and look at the old olive press.
