  • Very neat place to learn about the history of the Wright brothers and see the sights they made history at. Just a small little place that took less than half hour to walk around outside, and another half-hour inside. They did have a cool video documentary playing about the Wright brothers that took another half hour. Must do for any history or aviation buff.
  • I'm a history nerd who loves planning trips that require multiple stops at multiple sites to "see it all." That being said, I found planning a Wright Bros. trip to the Dayton area rather annoying. There are a lot of bits & pieces in lots of places, and most websites don't make it clear what they have there, nor where to put it in the order of places to go. If your mission sounds like mine, I recommend that you START HERE. There is a small, but very informative, visitor center, and unlike most of the sites in downtown Dayton, it is lightly attended, giving one ample time to learn. Moreover, if you travel with kids or with folks who "get their fill" of historical sites faster than you do, there is also a nice monument on a hill with a great vista, and lots of picnic tables with space for kids to run around.
  • Learning about the Wright brothers plight in creating airplanes. Funny but not funny that no one visits this incredible location where the Wright proved that impatience was a virtue too. If wasn't for impatient people, we'd still be riding horses and walking Continents. I hope more people visit beautiful places like this. The museum is nice and shows the history of men and women in the Air Force as well as a movie theatre.
  • A delightful surprise!! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and kind. There are tons of tiny treasures at this National Park location.
  • This is a cool place! I had no idea it was a National Park. Well worth a visit.
