  • If you are one to look at Christmas lights the bell tower at the Carillon park is must. Go early and visit the museum. A Dayton treasure that is a well kept secret for some reason.
  • Not only does this cool historical park bring the rich history of Dayton alive, it is an amazing place to visit in the winter for lights and fun filled activities for all ages. We are so fortunate to ...  more »
  • Just had dinner and drinks at the Carillon Brewery before looking at the Carillon which was beautifully lit for Christmas. The food was very good. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal. The locally ...  more »

  • Great place to learn some history of Dayton and the Miami Valley. Beautiful grounds, excellent displays. The small train ride in the back was a lot of fun and you get a surprisingly good long ride on it --- meant for kids most likely but it was also fun for adults. You can learn about the inventors and inventions from the Dayton area and even see the 3rd Wright Flyer (yes the actual one) which was the first manueverable flyer. I also like the story of the photo of the first flight and the camera is there. You will also learn about so much else that was created here... that you should go check it out.
  • Great place for the community. Lots of stuff to learn about, they often have events that are pretty cool too. There is a brewery here too and the food is pretty good there.
  • We had a great time at the park itself. It was much bigger than I had imagined. Not only was it a nice outdoor / indoor experience but it was also very educational. We also ate at the brewery which I think was a little overpriced.
  • Great educational place about Daton, OH history. This has a great brewery and resteraunt. 👍👍 yummy 😋 food. Nice people too!
  • Larger than I expected, full of knowledgeable guides, full of interesting history about the Dayton, OH area. One of my favorites was the original restoration of the Wright brothers Wright III Flyer that was overseen by Orville Wright. In addition, a replica 1850s tavern and brewery with excellent food, beer and atmosphere at inexpensive prices.
