  • When my kids were young we loved this zoo and couldn't wait to take our Grandkids. Although my 4 year old Grandson had fun, it has changed over the years. When we first went into the zoo there were tw...  more »
  • I love the animals at Arbuckle. We visit twice a year and we smile and laugh so much. If your not careful the animals will take your feed cup right out of your hand. They are so funny. The animals loo...  more »
  • A good place to take the kiddos to see the animals in a way you just don't get at the zoo. It was different than what I remembered when I went as a kiddo but it was fun!

  • We went on 9/11/2016 and the place was run down and the only part that was open was the drive thru park. All the walk through activities were closed. If I had paid full price I would have been very upset to have drove two hours to see donkeys, llamas, alpacas, ostriches and cows mostly. I would think they could upgrade the place for the price they charge for admission. This is not the same bright and cheery place full of business and life that I remember as a child.
  • Animals are a bit tedious in that 80% of them are emus and llamas but still a great opportunity to meet animals up close. It's rather spendy but as long as it goes towards husbandry I'm okay with it. They have some rides and other attractions but honestly as often as I've been they've never been open. Check out the camels (my favorite!) For real personality and they won't attack you for your food cup! Definitely #recommend
  • I live in the area, and I know it has it's faults, but everyone that goes thru goes thru helps take care of the animals, feed the, maintenance, really has to eat up the budget.. what? Y'all think it's cheap to run a facility like that?
  • Even rating this a 1 star is ridiculous!! We brought our 5 year old son today. It cost 60 bucks for 2 adults and 1 child! I was suppose to receive a discount for living in Carter county-Ardmore area and before I could even tell the girl she had already ran my card. I told her about it and she informed me to"remember"to tell her next time bc now it was too late! Seriously?! I politely took my card back and we proceeded to the walk thru part. There were literally 3 animals in the entire park. The up keep is not in order. They charge all this money and the entire place is falling apart! We are currently do the drive thru part and there have only been 2 animals. My son is disappointed as well as my wife and I. Where did my 60 dollars just go???
