  • I read many reviews before going here so I was extremely leery. It was my daughter's 5th birthday and the weather was not predicted great so Canobie Lake Park was out. I bit the bullet and we went. It...  more »
  • I'm not exaggerating when I say that I'd rather take a swim in my own dumpster! You'll get anything from rashes to chemicals burns here. It's absolutely filthy, especially on weekends!  more »

  • Pricing online vs at location is completely off. If you don't buy tickets online your gonna pay almost double. Pretty kid orientated. It say ages 5 to 16. Yea there's a hot tub and pool but the kids dove into the shallow pool and they do the same in the hot tub
  • Before you read my review, know that I attentively scope out everything I can before writing my review. So here it goes. Overall, Coco Key is fun. The have a hot tub, water slides, water jungle gym, food, ext. Here is what I didn't like: the big water slides (they have smaller ones for those under 48 inches) can only be used if you are 48 inches or more, even if you go with two people. This was a little upsetting because my six year old son could not ride then even though he rode ones that were much larger at Great Wolf (which is awesome btw). While I was there there was a fight in the Lazy River! Luckily the life guards are great and were able to stop it before fists were drawn. And it was a big brawl as well. There were about 8 people involved. The cops came. No one was arrested. The life guards/staff handled it just fine. I would recommend staying in the hotel if you go. We didn't and we wish we did. From the outside of the hotel it looks nice and it is connected to the water park. In the end, I had fun and I would recommend it for the day. Maybe two. But there's not too much to do there. It's one big room. I would recommend Great Wolf over Coco Key, but if you go you will have fun.
  • It's a fun water park, but the rooms are way overpriced. The beds are unreasonably small ( they could easily fit larger beds into the rooms) & very uncomfortable. Also, the food prices in the park are outrageous and you get crappy food. It would be awesome if all rooms offered a microwave and mini fridge. But since ours didn't, we brought a cooler and toaster oven and packed our own breakfast and lunch options. The only meals we had to order out were dinner. That's the way to go, in my opinion.
  • Fire alarm rang after being there for only 3 hours. Mind you, I bought 4 all day passes at a premium price. Never was reimbursed or given a partial refund. Definitely don't want to do business with a shady and grimey place like this.
  • Terrible and dirty. Wet, smelly, used diapers on the tables and bathroom floors. The food was overpriced and had us running for the nearest toilet. My wife and I decided to go in the hot tub. We ran out immediately when we saw a wet clump of pubic hairs pass by. Overall, there were many guests who probably could have used some more fabric. Terrible visions left and right. Save your time and money.
