  • A small park that is free. A simple nature trail with a nature center in the middle. Great information and appropriate for elementary age children. A Broadway trail with a play area.
  • Secret Woods Nature Center is a lovely, quiet, serene gem in the middle of a busy beach city. Once you've pulled in, you wouldn't know you were surrounded by highways beyond the thick trees and boardwalks. The walking trails are not very long, the whole place can be seen in an hour, but it's a great place to stop. If you're afraid of spiders, however, this may not be the place for you. They aren't stringing webs across where you are meant to walk, but they are everywhere! A pretty cool sight to see, really.
  • I love coming here! 2 great little trails (mote like boardwalks). The one brings you out to overlook the river (sometimes you can see manatees swimming here) the other brings you through the woods. It's really an enchanting park. Free to enter and free parking!
  • Nice place to see mangroves as well as hammock community. Quiet and well maintained. Great place to spend 2 hours. Bring camera.
  • Super cool location. Nice easy hikes to do. Nature center was neat and well maintained.
