  • I stop in each time I visit Damariscotta. I go for the Mocha Latte. While in line I usually spot some baked item that is screaming to be eaten. I'd rather not attempt to eat and drink while walking th...  more »
  • I am a lover of books and coffee and was visiting a new area of Maine. After passing through Damariscotta I knew I had to stop. The village is beautiful alone but the bookstore is phenomenal. I found ...  more »
  • Friendly, quaint little cafe where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and have some lunch or snack. Relax and read or use the internet. There is a nice book shop there as well.

  • Sandwich is lame compared to what I paid, $7.50. Atmosphere would have been great if A/C worked. Nice places to sit and read and eat. Friendly staff. I have come here every summer fo over 20 years. Coffee drinks good but expensive. The whole thing now gives appearance that they are either trying to milk their success or perhaps a business in decline. I can't think of alternative in Damarascottia, so perhaps they need competition.
  • I'm currently sitting in the cafe sipping a delicious almond milk latte and relaxing. The doors are open so there's a pleasant breeze and the smell of coffee mixed with toasted sandwiches. Great place!
  • This place rocks! Open until 9 Mon - Sat, it's a great place to bring the kids, family, visiting friends... whoever! Great selection of books, amazing location, and the & Cafe is on point. Love it.
  • Great selection of books from a wide range of publishers. Ate a "Turkey Book Club" sandwich and it was delicious. Damn good coffee, and hot.
  • Cool little bookstore worth at least 10 minutes of your time even if you don't plan on buying something.
