  • We were told about this place by a friend that lives in the area and needed something to do with our pre-teens after dinner. My husband and son did the dragster racing, which they both LOVED. I took m...  more »

  • You get good prices and they have good deals that will go as far as doubling the money on your card depending on the purchase. Though they have a crucial flaw which is the staffing. I won't get into the tracks or games, they're all fine. Good even. You almost have to go on a busy day if you want to race on many of the tracks. If you go when there's a lull often times there won't be an attendant and you drove however long it took to get there for nothing.
  • The cars are decent. They scoot along pretty well, but I'm sure they'd do better with a little better maintenance. We like the tracks. Too many kids ruin the experience though. The staff seems to get burned out from dealing with them as well. This place can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a test of your patience.
  • This place was a complete disappointment. ☹ we are here on a weekend trip and had heard about how great this place is so we decided to spend our evening there. But what a waste of time.... They measured our son at the payment counter and told us he was tall enough to ride different rides after waiting for hours in lines and 2 different rides and later they told us once we finally got to the point to ride when they told us he couldn't. So I had to go and demand a refund because after the wasted time in long lines he couldn't ride the rides. Not only that but the restrooms were terrible. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
  • I along with 10+ other co-workers decided to visit SpeedZone after work one evening to bond and encourage friendly competition. Overall the experience was okay, but I found the employees to be rude and very abrasive to customers. I asked one of the employees if it would be possible for our entire group to race each other (the website advertises a 20+ person track). I was told no, I asked to speak with a manager and the problem was quickly resolved. We went back to the same track so that we could all race only to have one person in our group be turned away because they didn't want to get on more cart started. The other employees treated you not like guests, but in more of a military style boot camp yelling at you. I really appreciated managements quick response and almost resolve to our issues, but overall the track level employees ruined it for me. The dragsters were fun, but we were only able to do one set of races. The other reviews about the track being understaffed, and employees not paying attention is 100% accurate. I recall being spun out twice on two separate tracks and only being able to race a lap or two.
  • We were given a VIP card with our group, we weren't told that it didn't work for the games that gave out tickets which were half of the games there so we had a lot of disappointed kids in the group. There were also 3 other groups so that meant long lines for games and the go carts outside. The pizza "buffet" we were served was Digornio frozen pizzas and one large bowl of salad on plastic folding tables. I'm not sure how much this place was because it was included in our weekend trip but I wouldn't pay for the party pizza "buffet" for sure. The go carts were fun but they really need more people working the tracks because if you crashed or your cart quit running it was awhile before someone came to help you. So you spent most of your time on the track not being able to race!
