  • It is closed. No signs. No phone number. No website. Everything is closed and grass is high. The camp ground is open.
  • Great Campground. My parents took me here 40 years ago
  • Bedrock City is closed after nearly 50 years in business. Kids these days don't know the Flintstones!
  • The "cabins" are actually tiny garden sheds with a rickety porch tacked on, containing wobbly wooden bunk beds. The whole place has an atmosphere of slapdash "meh, it's good enough for the tourists" construction. The coin-op laundry will set you back 3.00 per load, and if you're actually wanting to dry those clothes, well, good luck. There were three dryers are marked "out of order", "very hot- may melt delicate fabrics", and "not as hot as the other one". So you have the fun of wondering if your clothes are going to be ruined. The pool was not open (Memorial Day weekend), as the weather was cool and rainy. I still think the non-open (allegedly heated) pool should have been disclosed to me when I made the reservation.
  • Visited summer 2013. Our two daughters loved it! 11 year old especially enjoyed the playground: at least two really tall slides, really long snake tunnel, and swings. She also liked the little car that had a mist spraying out so you could sit on it & cool off. 8 year old especially enjoyed the train ride and the stationary Rubble car that kids can sit in. She also liked the Dino ride which is outside the park near the eating tables. It was fun for them to see all the characters. Mount Rockmore was funny. Really nice people running the theme park, also.
