  • Our girls have enjoyed Stars and Strikes for years. Young children, teens and adults enjoy bowling and all the games.
  • Stars and strikes had always been a good go-to to when you want to get out of the house but it's too hot outside or it's raining. It's a bit pricey and the games need updating, but it's good for somet...  more »

  • First of all managment is the worst part about this location. My family and i walked to the bolwing counter,We had already reserved lanes and paid for them. The manager bryan is SO RUDE. The employee at the counter was new and was still obviously training so i was paitent with her. She didnt know how to look up a prepaid party and he flat out just yelled at her and spoke to her in such a way i was actually uncomfortable. The chicken tenders look like fish and chips, prices are wayyy to high. I would go back but managment needs to pull it together.
  • My first time was Saturday night for a friends birthday. We arrived early for our VIP lane. One of our lanes had been given to another lady. We were on lanes 25&26. 25 messed up all night long. They also need more staff to deliver food and drinks. The service was horrible. Plus, our area wasn't clean when we arrived, we had to wait on that. The sofas were ripped and nasty. I won't be going back. I'd rather go to Brunswick zone on hwy 29.
  • One of the worst organizations both operationally and at management levels that I've seen. And definitely NOT a place to encourage your children to work at. There's no value on their greatest asset - human resources. They work minors long shifts, no scheduled breaks (and I know it's not GA labor law but best practice in every other retail establishment we've had exposure to still does so for their people because it's the right thing to do). I've called their "Corporate HR" twice over the last year to discuss issues with no return calls; not until repeated calls were made to follow up did I receive reply and when I finally got to speak with this "professional" the response was entirely sketchy and clearly caught the person by surprise. They were not knowledgeable about labor laws or good employment practice let alone the current practice of their employees. Further, there are Department of Labor violations occurring on the regular including conducting business over email with employees who are expected to read on their own time without compensation. Required online training that wasn't compensated either - one of the issues I took up with HR. Big no no!!! I should've reported to the DOL instead!! No uniform shirt issued to an employee friend and so had to use my son's reducing him to one - what?! He worked 3 weeks before receiving an orientation. Incredibly unprofessional. The communication is consistently punitive and the "manager" is among the worst I've seen. This place needs to get a clue. I can't imagine the cost of turnover...they're losing some incredible employees due to poor management and operational process but clearly it doesn't matter, people are disposable. Typical retail attitude and why this organization won't go far. As a parent who tried to support the business, we've also patronized the restaurant. Among the worst in service levels and have walked out on two occasions after not even being acknowledged by any staff, let alone seated or served. Good riddance. Lots of strikes, but you've lost all your stars. And the only reason there's one star rating on this post is because this application requires it.
  • HORRIBLE. I applied to this location for a job and quickly got a call back and set up an interview. Thinking everything was going to go well I prepared myself to woo the manager with my super positive attitude. BUT, I walk in, to my SCHEDULED interview, 15 minutes early, and BRYAN interviewed me as if he hated human interaction. I had to wait for him to finish texting whoever on his phone. And he asked me no professional questions except "Why did you wait so long to apply?" Like that's a valid question. Bryan had a terrible attitude and I wish I could redo the interview just to throw some insults in the answers I gave his dumb questions. I don't know if every employee is as bad as Bryan, but Bryan gotta go.
  • Fun place. Bowling is why i went. I was kinda disappointed bc guitar hero wasn't there. I was disappointed bc the prizes were cheap and not worth winning. Dave and Busters seemed better but stars and strikes is better for younger kids
