  • Very nice old world feel with wonderful amenities. The view is spectacular and you can play croquet on the lawn or lawn chess or get in the pol. The dining room was nice and breakfast buffet really great. I highly recommend it.
  • This is a great hotel and is our first choice when in the area. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is very good, and the pool area is great. Highly recommend staying here.
  • While this is a beautiful hotel, I was part of a wedding there and they were so rude I was speechless. They double booked the wedding weekend we booked more than a year before so there were not even enough rooms for everyone and many had to stay at different hotels. The woman that answers the phones was extremely rude to me over when I was asking simple questions so I had to book through Expedia so I wouldn't have to call them. They didn't clean the gazebo from the night before so we had to take down other people's decorations to decorate for our wedding. The person that was supposed to be guiding is through everything was so rude and snarky that we had the mother of the groom guide us on what to do and what not to do for the ceremony. She was so sarcastic that at the end we just had to ignore her and keep moving. I will say that the catering was excellent and their waiters, waitresses and bartenders were STELLAR. Kind, polite, accommodating and fun. They should put them in the lobby. They make guests feel more welcome. Though their drinks are extremely expensive. All in all I'd say it's great for a family weekend out but for a wedding, be careful. They are very unorganized and they stressed our bride to tears several times over the weekend. Hope this helps, even if just to ask more questions before making a choice. The wedding was one of the most beautiful I have been to, but because our wedding party came together and kicked butt. They need to be more organized and care about the brides. This is supposed to be the day their dreams come true and it's their job to make sure that the bride is happy. They didn't. If you decide to take the chance, try the crab cakes and the tiramisu. They are what dreams are made of.
  • Pretty place. Nice rooms. Pool needs to be heated though. Nice buffet. Nicest hotel in Crystal Springs.
  • Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing. Loved the customer service. The rooms are so clean and view breathtaking. I saw manatees. Will go here every year. Love it!
