  • Following an old railroad bed, this trip goes to/from near Canyon City from/to Cripple Creek. The road is not paved and mostly single lane. Speeds are slow because of the road, the beauty of the drive...  more »

  • Yes, this road is unpaved and often only wide enough for one car. But the views are gorgeous! Don't go this way if you are in a hurry, so you can drive slowly and enjoy everything (and be much safer)....  more »
