  • Open field. Terrific wrap around view. Huge. Developed only in a small section. Vernal ponds. Birds and other creatures. Summer free concerts. Nature preserve. Access to Santa Ana River bike path. Seasonal changes are all beautiful.
  • Great place-very verdant with lots of small hills excellent for biking/hiking on....many beautiful pools and a great set of steps into Talbert Park and the Santa Ana River. Overall a local gem with many hidden nooks and crannies that makes it just amazing. Best time to go=winter.
  • Great park! On the bluff overlooking the santa Ana river and Huntington Beach. On a clear day you can see all the way to Long Beach and San Pedro. Great place for dogs. It has a facility and runway for RC planes, drones and cars. Good trails for trail running. Marshy areas good for bird watching. Connects to Talbert Regional Park.
  • Great big open natural space in Orange County. Picnic facilities, restrooms, grills. Lots of trails to wander on or do some serious exercise.
  • Some developed pathways & stairs, yet mostly natural. The rain has made it so green & it's close to the ocean so the air is fresh. It's huge & there's even a manicured area with picnic tables. But, the bathrooms are always locked !
