  • Oregon State University offers an awsome structure, very good professors and good rooms to live inside on compus.
  • Going into my senior year at OSU I can't imagine spending my time anywhere else. The campus has so much to offer. From great workout facilities to benches perfect for a study break, I love it all.
  • There is a lot of knowledge in the field of beer and beer brewing. With a pilot brewery which from next year will be really state of the art. Already you can for testing.

  • As a single parent & transfer student I expected more. They force you to pay a 200$ non refundable deposit and then screw you on transfer credits. 200$ is a lot of money to find out they will only accept half as many credits as other universities. I co-applied to 2 other public universities as I have over 100 credit hours and all except OSU applied them and would allow me to move into major-specific courses. Not OSU- they hardly applied any of my credits and literally have waste of time classes (fitness) they expected I take. I went to an accredited state public college in FL - all of my credits are college-level courses (and taken by UF etc) and I feel as though OSU takes advantage of its students. So, as a transfer student, I strongly do NOT recommend. Look at your options!
  • Dr. Lipsky has lied to torture Wild Horses (and has lied & has no scientific basis for doing s ).for the BLM.Horses have evolved in North America over the last 55 + MILLION YEARS & no where else & they never went extinct. Dr. Liipsky apparently wanting money is performing cruel procedures on Wild Horses. Subsidized cattle outnumber Wild Horses 47-1 on Americas Public Lands and are owned by people like the Koch Brothers. These cattle pollute all water sources, destroy all native plant live & soil & cause toxic foreign weed explosion. In addition these cattle are causing climate change & destroying all wildlife & their habitats. I guess this shows OSU has no scientific or ethical standards & is in fact corrupt & cruel to animals.
  • Worst 4 years of my life.... RUN AWAY if you apply for Engineering. I visited other engineering programs and regret every minute I spent here, most of the ENGR programs here are garbage. EVEN Arizona state has better engineering programs ranking than OSU.
  • Class of 99 BSEE! Greatest experience that I will never forget, other than those I already forgot... who care! it gets me six figures but that is not what it really about
  • Dorms are nice, bathrooms are spacious, I stayed for a night. They give too much food. When you get dinner/breakfast they give you a ticket to get another meal and if you don't have willpower you'll gain a lot of weight!! The campus is huge, fairly clean, but too many people.
