  • this place is good when your hungry on the beach.nice people great sunsets.just good good place to get something to drink and have a seat.
  • In my opinion this is the best and cleanest beach in Corpus Christi. The sand is well groomed and packed, the water is pretty clear, and there isn't a lot of sea weed washing up like some of the other...  more »

  • Family friendly, you can bring your pets, picnic tables provided with a little shade. Seen some surfers too. The sand is soft and the water is not as nasty as Galveston. There are also outdoor showers and restrooms. When the sun goes down, you can dig a little fire pit and roast some s'mores. Great end to a perfect day.
  • We didn't want to fish, we just wanted to check out the pier and watch other people do what they do. There is a whole other subculture here and the experience for my kids and I was worth the entrance fee that we paid to get onto the pier. I can't remember exactly but probably cost the 3 of us around $20. We also were able to talk to a few people and their families. I think most of them were fishing for shark, anywhere from 4' to 6' long. They end up selling and sourcing out most of the shark so it is a living for most of them.
  • This is THE place to go if you have a family. Great parking, RV parking, bathrooms and free showers! If you dont have a family, its still great! Surf and skim here is as good as anywhere else around. Also there are miles of un-paved beach if you want to find a private spot! I have gone here for years and it never gets old! BEAUTIFUL!!!!
  • Costs $2 per person and $2 per pole to get on the pier. That's too much. great beach, though!
  • Best fishing spot in corpus! I am a local and j love going here. The price is low and the pier is huge. We help tourists ft on fish all the time.
