Lots of stores to check out while you wait for ferry. Nice offering of water yoga classes. Awesome food and sweets. Ferry prices are great and one of the two routes let's you off right behind the convention center.
The Ferry Landing in Coronado is a great tourist destination in the San Diego area, whether or not one actually uses the ferry to cross the bay. When skies are clear, one can look across the bay and see the beautiful skyline of Downtown San Diego. There is a small beach, which is refreshing compared to the massive beaches in California up north. Steps away, there are several locally-based restaurants, including some with open-air seating, as well as souvenir shops. I always try to visit this wonderful place every time I travel to San Diego and Coronado Island.
There is a pretty cool Geocache hidden here. Thats what we were on the hunt for. Found a couple of cool shops and took some great pictures too!
It's cool to people watch and window shop, and there's a great view of downtown San Diego. It can get a little crowded, and parking is definitely at a premium.
Great place. Everything is a bit pricy but good. Poor call service tho. Also great place for poke hunting
