  • We lived Coronado in the 1960's and the new version or their library is awesome. Town has really changed in many ways yet we say a few of the old buildings with same names.
  • Not your quaint, small town library, THIS one serves the community, both with large & small meeting rooms, a large children's section, a "teen" section, and your traditional 'stacks' with tables and d...  read more »
  • This is a very nice public library which features a large and beautiful rose garden outside. There are many different colors of roses. The library is located right on Orange Avenue on the way to downt...  read more »
  • This library has excellent internet, free computers, very good resource books and novels, has to be the most expansive DVD collection in San Diego, well funded, well staffed and has excellent operating hours. Library is happy to get a book or movie you want if they dont have it. I have requested audio books that are quite expensive, and they ordered them straight away. I've spent countless hours studying and writing in this library. The structure itself is full of history; a wonderful place to visit or make a regular stopping point if you enjoy top quality libraries.
  • This is one of most relaxing and classy libraries I have visited in my life. I highly recommend it.
  • A wonderful traditional library of books, DVDs, and quiet enforced by "shushing librarians". A truly classy structure in a wonderful setting across from Spreckels Park. Though it's not progressive (e.g. you can't take in a covered cup of coffee) it is one of Coronado's gems for the old-line library services it provides.
  • A wide range of books to choose from. Very nice building and quiet atmosphere. Free wifi access. Great for children! They read stories, the kid section is huge. Nice.
  • I love Coronado Library for the tremendous selection of books, even newer publications.
