  • The wild horse adventure tour was amazing and spending time with family. We rented a house from Carolina Blue realty and I have my 4 grown children and their spouses and 2 grandkids under one roof.

  • We were on the beach 4 different days during our week vacation in the OBX. We drove our Jeep down, for the permit and had a blast. Being able to see the famous Corolla Wild horses was the highlight of our trip. There are just over 100 horses left but we saw several foals which h is great to see. Don’t be stupid by taking a vehicle that doesn’t have a transfer case with real 4x4 capabilities. We saw many people needing to get towed at a cost of $300+! Yes there are many capable vehicles just know your and your vehicles limits. There were many dolphins off the cost that we got to see as well. The beach stretches 23 miles all the way to the VA border. The further you drive the less crowded. There are also houses to the west you can drive through. There is nothing paved, it is all sand. Well worth the trip. We will be making this an annual vacation for us.
  • Had my Honeymoon here in 2013, beautiful and unforgettable
  • The beach was beautiful and clean. We went early in the morning hours when there was no one out and also came at sunset on several occasions during our week stay. The beach never became too crowded and everyone seemed respectful of each other as to not be blaring music or acting inappropriately because of intoxication. The water was a bit colder than I would’ve expected being it was mid-August but it sure felt good after being baked by the sun. We will return when the next opportunity presents itself.
  • It’s the beach. Of course it’s awesome
  • Fine sand, clean beach, quiet place.
