  • This was amazing. Just, we were running late and the guide, Tricia, entertained the other guests until we got there. Tricia was funny and knowledgeable. Seeing the horses up close was amazing.

  • Gator was our travel guide and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area/horses. We ended up seeing 29 horses on our two hour trip! Amazing experience and will definitely be returning!

  • We (4 adults) had a wonderful time today. Gator was an awesome guide! He knew a lot not only about the horses but about some of the houses and other sites we would see. Gator did a great job in getting great views of the horses. When we had to travel a greater distance to get to the next site, he did a good job in limiting the amount of bouncing we would incur. Gator is very good at his job. Be advised that the seats are on the side of the pick up so that your back is facing outward. Some of the other horse tours have everyone facing forward. None of that matters though, if you don't have a good guide.
  • We had an awesome experience! The weather was misty , cloudy and very chilly . We did not get to see the horses on the beach but instead found them in the yards of the Corolla residents and in the brush . They were so calm and beautiful. Gary our tour guide was a breath of fresh air ! 🙂We enjoyed talking with a sweet couple from Boston on our journey. Will definitely do this again on a sunny day. Maybe we will find them playing on the beach or get to see a foal . 🙂
  • Hubby & I took the combined wild horse & kayak adventure and we totally recommend it! We were scheduled for a Wednesday but the weather was horrible so they called and offered to cancel or reschedule to the following day at the same time. Shout out to Riley - great communication & customer service. Our guide, Brandon, was great. We left right on time and since he lives on the island, he knows all the nooks & crannies. It's a fun & bumpy & wild ride on the beach once the paved road ends! We saw many wild horses while in the truck and surprisingly, we even saw some while kayaking. It was a fun filled 3+ hours. Take the tour...you'll love it!!!
  • We had a family vacation planned with 7 adults and 4 children (toddlers) and I called to set up a tour for us. Originally it was only 6 adults and 3 children, but we had another friend join which gave us the 7 and 4 numbers. I talked to Riley, who was able to book our family on a trip and also squeeze in our other members that joined us later. When arriving, Riley was there and remembered us. She even greeted me by name, just from our phone conversations. She helped load us up and made sure our car seats were safely secured. She was also our tour guide. "Smiley Riley" is what she told us. Once the tour begin, she was even better. She was knowledgeable, friendly with the children, and a great driver. We didn't get stuck and that was a plus! She gave us a great tour and provided us with trivia/history that we didn't know previously. Overall, this tour was the highlight of our trip as everyone enjoyed it. We would recommend Riley for anyone else wanting to participate in this tour. 10/10 when we come back to the Outer Banks, we will definitely do this again.
  • This review is about their customer service. Our original GPS ETA was 15 minutes prior to our tour departure. We called an hour before our tour at 10:30 to let them know their was on accident and we were going to be about 15 minutes late. We asked what our options were and they told us to continue on and try to make it. We called 3 more times because our ETA was only worsening. We were told at 10:15 a manager would call us. We called again at 10:30 because we didn’t receive a call back and again said they would have their manager to call us. The manager called at 10:50 to let us know that they wouldn’t be able to reschedule us without paying because the email said they would leave promptly at 10:30 and she couldn’t refund our money. We didn’t even ask for a refund we just asked to be rescheduled! If they would have advised this at 9:30 we would not have driven through additional hour of painful move in traffic and out of our way with three kids in haul. We called 4 times, 4 times they could have said SOL but they waited until after to advise.
