  • Real Oregonians camp. The rest of us can day-hike “The Gorge,” that’s the Columbia River Gorge, one of the scenic crown jewels of the Pacific Northwest. Barely a 30 minute drive on I-84 from Portland ...  more »

  • Short trail down to a very talented waterfall. Crowd control would make this even better.
  • The hike was great and well marked. The Upper Falls were out of this world. I found this hike through a guide that said it appropriate for kids 3 and up but I would say closer to 5 and up.
  • The best part is how close you can get to the waterfall. Also, if you go at the right time of day, there aren't a lot of people there. You do have to take a small hike down a trail to get to the waterfall and have a good view of it.
  • Short, fairly easy hike. Stunning waterfalls. One is visible from the parking lot but hike the 2.6 mile loop and visit the upper falls too.
  • This a great little hike. The lower falls are impressive and are really close to the parking lot. The upper falls is a little bit of a hike but well worth it.
