  • We visited the Iowa Children's Museum over the weekend and had a blast. They have lots of different rooms and activities for kiddos of all ages. What's even better is that it is connected to the mall,...  more »
  • We had a fine time with our 3.5 year old granddaughter. The museum is huge. I liked the diversity of exhibits for different age groups. There is something here for 10 year olds as well as toddlers. Be...  more »
  • Went on our annual trip to the museum with my 9 year old. She loves this place. Plenty of fun interactive things to do. Always spends a full afternoon here. Good time for kids

  • Very fun for little kids! My little brother loves this place. Very fun and interesting for little kids. While there are things for older kids, there aren't too many though. And last, it's not the most giant children's museum. But in all great for little kids!
  • Makin pizza...like a boss, playing hospital...like a boss, brushing teeth...like a boss, dressing up...like a boss, Grocery store...like a boss, counting money...like a boss, building legos...like a boss, wind tunnel...like a boss....you get the idea. Incredible place for the little dudes to come run off some steam and explore their creativity. My better half and the little dudes go there a couple times per week and it's always a crowd pleaser! This weekend we came and were grocery store patrons, EMTs, played cars, built with legos and made science! A no brainer if you live in the area and have kiddos. It's something like $125 for the year and is absolutely the place to be on a rainy or snowy day. The kids will love it, you'll love it, it's a win for everyone!
  • Dean loves this place! We come and play while Mommy gets treatments at U of I hospital
  • Very clean. A wide variety of activities which they rotate regularly.
  • Has potential to be a fairly nice place. All but one of the flight simulators was broken and the bathroom tested my ability to hold my breath. Nonetheless I upgraded to the annual pass and am here today writing a review instead of exploring because of an unannounced closure for an event during regular operating hours. Summary: not first rate but kids like it.
