  • Perfect weekend getaway with the kids for Spring Break. Worth every penny - no matter what rate you get. Also, if you are here for more than one evening, reserve a cabana. Also worth every penny. The staff here is fantastic. Helpful in every way. Courteous as well. Food is average to above-average. Try the meat lovers pizza. Also, they sell colorful cups for 13 bucks that can be refilled with soda as many times as you like. But, you can bring them back next time (or take them to any other location). Lastly, sign up for their email club. You will get the heads up on their best rates and specials.
  • I loved that everything was all in one place. All facilities were well maintained. I felt the food was good but the price for the quality was far too high even taking into account that this is an amusement park. The biggest problem with our stay was other guests. Specifically, teenagers were unruly in many areas where young children were playing, presenting a bad example and very possible danger at times. The staff did handle each instance, but it left us feeling this was perhaps not as much a young family place as one might think from the focus on giant fluffy animal mascots.
  • Perfect weekend getaway for children of all ages! We had a 2,6,12, and14 year old with us and there were plenty of activities for everyone. The waterpark kept us busy for hours and was clean. We stayed in the kids cabin with a party of 7, the room was plenty spacious for all of us and was a fun design for the kids. I do feel like the room could have been a little cleaner and none of the beds or fold out couch had fitted sheets on the mattresses instead 2 flat sheets, which was odd but was well stocked. Everything else was very clean and service and employees were amazing!
  • The staff was fantastic. The lifeguards were professional and thorough in their jobs. Our kids LOVED the water park. They would play until they were over tired! My only complaint was the room cleanliness. I know people bring their kids there and that kids are messy - I have two, so I understand. However there was milk splatter over the front drawers of the entertainment center, and it looked like someone ground up trail mix with chocolate and left it between the mattress and the frame of the bulk bed. I kind of expected better out of a room that was over 300 a night. Otherwise it was great! Parking is a challenge. Get there early, or park down the road!
  • It was amazing, the kids had such a wonderful time. The staff there are super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I like that you are able to use the water park even before your scheduled check-in time (4pm). We got there around 1:30 and hit the water park until our room was ready, made the vacation feel even longer. Kids got a kick out of the milk and cookies delivery by Oliver the Raccoon. If you are thinking about the Cabana, go for it. I am glad we did, the personalize service and convenience is definitely worth the price.
