  • Wife, son and I stopped by for lunch. It was a late lunch to be sure -- 2:30pm. Started off by sitting for maybe 20 minutes without a server coming anywhere close. Young lady who finally did stop by l...  read more »
  • D&B is supposed to be about the experience and this place missed the mark, big time. With being the only place to go in the area on a rainy day, I hoped for more but 2 days in a row, it was a disaster...  read more »
  • The food is Mid-range like most sit in restaurants. They have awesome packages if you're looking to play some games. I come here mainly for the arcade to live out my inner child hood. If you sign up f...  read more »
  • We had such a great time. The service was excellent and the food was great, they even catered to my specific dietary needs. My six year old some was in heaven and al the games were great for his age. We will definitely be back!
  • Im beyond disappointed in the terrible service I received here. Our waiter wasted a huge glass of water on me. He apologized and sent his manager our way. Manager comes and seems unapologetic and unconcerned . He did not offer me anything . I had to demand for my other drink to be free . My entire outfit and phone both were covered with water. And to make things worse our waiter had the nerve to have an attitude after the incident . We decided not to order food. Bar service was slow with no seats . Games were the best part of this visit . Unfortunately this was my first and last time visiting this location .
  • Waited 10mins for a server playing with a friends baby then was ignored 1 more minuet then told where i have always ordered my to go offers i couldnt order from i had to go to the entirely other side of the location to order, unproffesional and uncalled for.
  • Came here to eat on a Saturday and they were out of over 20 different menu items. We could see that our server had been sat several tables immediately after we sat down and he calmly explained the situation to us and each of his other tables. I was impressed with his ability to multitask and the single trip return with drinks for all of the tables he had been sat with. We weren't sure we were going to stay but a few minutes later, he came back and told us that the truck had just arrived and that we should be able to order anything we liked at this point. He returned a few moments later and took our orders as well as the orders of the other tables which were sat just after us. We could clearly see him walk over to the computer to start putting in our order and noticed he looked quite upset. We observed him run to the front desk to grab a radio from the host stand and couldn't hear what he said but he appeared very angry. He went back to the computer and printed up a long receipt and walked briskly to the back, waving and smiling at us as he passed. We never saw him again. We waited 20 minutes and after not receiving our appetizer asked for a manager. As she walked out to our table the servers other tables angerily flagged her down, and started screaming at her after a couple minutes. The other tables both got up and left. When she came to us she apologized for the situation but would not explain what had happened. She offered us game cards but and to pay for our meal but we also decided not to eat there as well. I've waited tables myself for many years and never have I had an experience quite like this one. I actually feel bad for our server, whatever happened to him. I can only assume that this establishment is poorly managed and that server finally had enough and decided to walk out on his shift. Although I was upset, I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to try to do your job when you're out of half of the things on the menu. In my 20 years of working in resturants myself, some of which were quite busy on a regular basis, I have never seen a place out of so many things, and so obviously poorly run.
  • Use to go here every other weekend on Sunday to hang with the family play games and have dinner . A year are so ago the Manager and serving staff changed out in the game room . Very disrespectful people . Last time we went we got a booth around the bar in the game room about half the booths were empty . We waited about 30 minutes or more before we were spoken to . Then another 15 min are so to get a drink . Ordered appetizer's as usual . Hanging out and notice the person sitting in front of me had dirty white dish stain in her glass half drink . This is how you get ( E-Coli ) So called the server he said I will get you another . I said it's half gone . He said we want charge for this one . I said nicely Its a $2 drink I shouldn't pay for the new one out of respect being served dirty dishes . The Manager said we are not charging for the dirty one . And at that time she had nothing else to say , Not a good manager . So at this point we left . When it comes to food you can make someone very sick , which a big lawsuit can close a business down. As a manager you are to see that you take care of you customers . I to run a business and would have said were sorry , I will get you another drink on the house right away . I usually spent $150 to $200 or more there every time . But since the new staff we have chosen another hang out spot.
