  • This mall is enormous with outlets within the mall, it is great. They had great sales and lots of entertainment and the staff throughout the mall was fabulous. Will return there again on Black Friday....  read more »
  • This Mall is huge. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. We went to the aquarium and shopped two days in a row! Love this mall.

  • My daughter and I were shopping for back to school clothes. We found everything we needed! The staff was nice just like the prices. The mall is very large with many good stores, a movie theater, an aquarium, a carousel, and a food court with many delicious options! The only down side is that if you come in the middle of the day, its hard to find parking !
  • Very large outlet. Family friendly and there's definitely something for everyone. Whether you have a frugal budget or no budget at all. It's a great place to shop.
  • If you like going to malls, this place is a pretty decent cost. It's huge. The themed neighborhoods are a nice touch and all of the stores are just as epic as the complex here itself. However, this place can seem to be a little too crowed at time and one can easily be overwhelmed with all there is to explore. You might as well get a night at a local hotel so you can come back the next day to explore the other half.
  • An idiot is running this place. They never had enough parking before, and now they took 20% of the parking away to build two restaurants. People are getting so frustrated they are starting to key cars and break windshields. I came out to find a rock on my hood and my windshield cracked. I will never be back until they add some kind of parking. Pure morons here.
  • I love this mall as well as Northlake Mall. These are the only two I continue to shop at with family. I do wish the Concord Mall had H&M like Northlake Mall. We love the milkshake at the Great American Cookies. I believe it is at this store. It's like no other milkshake you've ever had. My husband and I always purchase our pretzels here as well. There are some days that it doesn't taste as fresh and great as other times. But still one of our favorites. Also, this mall just have a variety of food that you can choose from. There are also a lot more stores that other malls do not have; for example, the clothing store, Papaya. There's a carousel here that kids will love and enjoy. I also like how busy this mall is, it's more lively and fun.
