Awesome track. We had great seats on the start finish line. Got to get pit passes, great experience.
Plan on a lot of walking. Place is big, and hard to get around. Nice facility, but tough when raining. Would return.

My father our friends and I had an amazing time! Definitely get the 2 hour tour it is completly worth it. Our tour guide Melissa was knowledge, funny, friendly and provided us with an experience we wont forget! 100% happy and satisfied we will be back for a race soon!
Had a great time! Spent the entire day ( from about 9am until about 12:30am). Two races. One day. Hamburgers not so good. Ample bathrooms which were kept stocked. I think the track did a great job handling so many people.
Large venue for multiple events. They offer ride alongs, and racing. Large oval track showcases events like Sprint Cup, Xfinity, etc. CMS also offers a dirt track, drag strip, and road course. Overall a clean and enjoyable experience. Camping in the infield is the way to go to get the full experience from this speedway.
I have been going here many years. The past few years, the prices have risen way too high. Nascar rules have also changed so much it is pushing all the long-term fans away. Despite that, I was still trying to make Charlotte Motor Speedway work as a vacation destination for our family of 4 every May and October. Unfortunately, the incredible rudeness of the ticket sales supervisor cannot and will not be tolerated any longer. I will not be returning. I have tickets and camping for the October races. I am selling them less than face value just to get rid of them.
Great venue for a Mini Takes The States stop. Facilities were so clean you could eat off the floor. It was a lot of fun to drive around the track in our cars, it feels like a nice fast track and the bank slopes nicely: not too insanely steep like Atlanta MS. Enjoyed our morning here!
