  • What a wonderful place to do all sorts of activities. Ride horses? They have it. Like to splash around in the water? Plenty of that. Hiker? Yelp, got that as well. History? Got you covered. The bridge...  more »
  • We really enjoyed the hiking and biking trail down from the bridge. There was a good canopy of trees and it was not really challenging. Made for a nice Sunday hike. It is approximately 2.5 miles. The ...  more »
  • This is a nice out of the way place. Rarely crowed. It's a great place to get away for a few hours. The views of the river are something to just sit , and take in. I've also camped here . The sites ar...  more »

  • As far as I'm concerned this is the most beautiful place in the world! Lots of trails to explore, beautiful river, canoes, paddle boats, camp grounds plus pavilion areas with electricity and large grills and a playground. The covered bridge is beautiful.
  • We rented this venue for a family reunion and it is very nice especially for those who like to be in the outdoors without sacrificing running water or restrooms. They had tables for use and an area to display food indoors.
  • Beautiful wooden bridge. We just happened to find this place while traveling and we didn't have time to see it all. We will be coming here again to walk the trails along the river.
  • Everything's great out here, but there are some scumbags who let there kids leave trash all over. You'll find it in the shoals and on the trails. I carry a pack just to haul out trash I find whenever we go (usually at least once a week)
  • Lovely park. No cell service. No geocaching. Clean facilities. Nice big rv slots. Fishing is subpar. Kayaking is good. Very shallow water. Good for beginners.
