  • Awesome! Was able to see 2 of his 3 favorite wrestlers all in one place! Both we amazing and nice to him!
  • As a former player, I am biased toward the quality of the game, but as I transitioned to a spectator, the overall experience, band performance and general atmosphere has become much more of the total ...  more »
  • I've been there twice - once in the late 80's and once in the mid 2000's. I learned a lot the first time, got prepared to work, met students from all over the world, and had fun in the process. I came...  more »

  • I agree with some of the previous comments that accurately asses the experience you can have at OSU (and any other school, job, etc. for that matter) is largely what you make it. This was my third school (after transferring twice), so I do have quite the frame of reference (and have had experience with losing credits during a transfer). It is very large, but I didn't find it impersonal. In the COMM dept, the professors were great, intelligent people who did seem to care about each student individually (regardless of whether the class was large or small). My advisers were amazing and did everything they could do to help me graduate. I am proud to be a Buckeye. It's not a perfect school and I agree that too much money goes into athletics relative to other fields, but it's nice to be able to watch the games after graduating and feel a sense of pride and belonging to not just a regional school, but an international culture and community. The registrars office could be improved, as they failed to get my student aid in semester after semester and almost made me have to drop out due to their incompetence. But I was there in that office like every day trying to get it fixed and eventually it did. No complaints, got my degree and I'm happy with it.
  • booooo ohio state sucks michigan is better!!!!
  • @youtube cringe you goofy you just made cause OSU is better
  • It's definitely lives up to the standards of a unique and quality education. It has everything, with its fantastic community all the way to the brilliant research facilities and student complexes. You cannot be on campus and find yourself immersed in the beauty of the campus along with the culture and diversity that the extraordinary students and staff have developed there.
  • Great campus if you take advantage of the resources and a good place to be extremely social with strangers.
