  • A downtown staple, great food stands, kind of a best of small local, lots of choices. If you look a little there are some healthy options and some decent Greek and Indian food, fresh breads, locally sourced produce and hot sauce. Or you can dive in and get decent pizza, amazing donuts and ice cream. Seating is limited and if you sit upstairs too long you end up smelling like assorted foods the rest of the day. Hours are limited, always crowded and parking is typical of any downtown.
  • The North Market is a great place to visit for shopping or dining. It's an old warehouse with a couple dozen eateries and shopping areas in it. I've eaten at many of the places and they've all been quite good. There's always a bit of turnover across the vendors to keep it interesting. It's very eclectic and popular with locals.
  • This is a really fun place to visit, especially of you have family visiting. I love the smells and feel of a bustling market. Sometimes I come just to get that feeling. Parking can be hard but the parking lot is reasonable of you get validation and have cash. Otherwise, watch out for pricing. Things there are high quality but fairly expensive. Tl;dr: Guide likes ritzy food court with plant storel built in.
  • Wonderful collection of smaller-scale vendors in a historic building near downtown Columbus. Something for everyone, and , although you can spend a lot of money, you can also do some inexpensive exploration. Great coffee at Stauf's, yummy Polish food, spice shop, cool stationery store, fresh-baked pretzels as big as your head! On weekends, there will be local farmer who sell their produce in stalls outside the market. This is a gem!
  • Parking attendant was very rude. I came down snd it was very busy. There was a line of 20+ cars waiting to park but the machine would not release a ticket until a car had paid and exited the lot. When I finally got a ticket I went in and it seemed there were no spaces. Im like how did it give me a ticket but the lot is still full. After 10 mins other cars had entered and still no spaces. Finally I see a family getting in and was able to get close and wait for the space. As I'm waiting, I had blocked the exit, so the attendant came out abd asked me to move, I told him, I was about to park as soon as the car backed out, he snapped at me and said I needed to move I was holding up his line. As if people couldn't wait 5 seconds for me to get the space. Very rude! Simply dont keep letting cars in if your lot is full.
