  • I thought the art was unique, but the range of art very small. Sun exhibit was a waste of money, black and white photos of the sun and eclipses, hum drum... Upstairs rooms were much better exhibits.
  • Took the grandkids here a couple weeks ago. Ages 8 and 12.They requested the trip but I was afraid they would be bored. I was wrong. There were a lot of interactive things for them to do along with a ...  more »

  • For a small gallery, this museum has a nice variety of art, most of which is american in origin. The building itself is gorgeous and has ample, comfortable seating. I didn't really like all of the activities they had placed around, though they are probably nice if you bring small kids to the museum. Good experience.
  • While this isn't a particularly large museum the collection is well curated and they make great use of the space. An extension was added several years ago and includes galleries for more contemporary art as well as an even space and cafe. Was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer both free parking and admission every Sunday. There is a donation box at the door but they aren't pushy about demanding any sort of suggested donation. Though if you can afford to make a donation to support the museum you certainly should!
  • An amazing collection for a museum this size. Attended a wedding and it was a spectacular venue! Great place to host an event!!
  • Wonderfully curated exhibits. Fun interactive activities for kids (put on costumes, respond to the art with post-it notes) spread throughout the museum. An excellent selection of modern art with some older masters. The museum has reciprocity membership with various other museums like the Philadelphia museum of art.
  • This is a great museum to visit if you like art. They also are great at hosting corporate events. Being their in a corporate event is great for creative out of the box thinking.
