The Brewery District, traditionally known as the Old German Brewing District., is a neighborhood located in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Located just south of the central business district and west of German Village, it is bounded by Interstate 70 on the north, South Pearl Street on the east, Greenlawn Avenue on the south, and the Scioto River on the west.

  • Endless amount of places to check out within walking distance. A great variety and I ended up really liking at least one beer at every spot we went to. They give out punch cards letting you about ever...  read more »
  • Had a great tour guide who gave us the low-down on the Temperance Movement and later Prohibition. For instance, the building pictured used to be the stables. 
  • As a nondrinking college freshman (Go Bucks) I felt somewhat out of place here but was still able to enjoy it because all my friends were having such a great time.
