Williams-Brice Stadium is a wonderful place to watch college football. Tailgating is at least half of the fun, however, and the tailgating facilities at Williams-Brice are among the best anywhere. It’... read more »

Came here for an event in the Dropzone. The area was clean and the atmosphere was amazing. I had a fantastic time.
This is where you go for Gamecock football. Interestingly, this stadium is not located on Campus. You have to take buses from campus to Williams-Brice on Gameday. Kind of odd. The venue itself is robust but old. There are no water fountains in the stadium so you'll either have to buy water on site at an exorbitant price or faint from dehydration. Also, the men's bathrooms are disgusting. They don't even have urinals, it's just a trough of running water that you pee in. Yes. Like for real. If you're a Gamecock fan or a student, you'll be here eventually. Hopefully you'll remember the game and not the facilities.
Most beautiful stadium in all of college football. Has more heart than Clemson in it (i like both teams).
In my biased opinion, hands down the greatest place to watch football. #GoGamecocks
I don't get the city planning of Columbia as a whole and as for the stadium my guess is they decided to play a game of pin the tail on the donkey and wherever the pin landed is where it got built..The stadium sits out in the middle of BFE..The parking situation could be better, the concessions could be better. but the biggest beef is that the crowds are tame and with most of the upper echelon venues holding 100+k people, Williams Brice seems on the small and outdated side...I have attended a few sec games and clemson/usc twice and found the all-around experience to be average..The highlight for me is the tailgating with good food and people....
