  • This place is filthy! Upon arriving we noticed trash all over the gound. There were cigarette butts, paper, socks etc. Went to the jump house looked like they never clean the mats. They have the kids with no socks on running around the on the floor which they never clean. I am surprised they don't have a mrsa outbreak. Take your kids there at your own risk. Never again. They have absolutely no pride in that place.
  • I was very disappointed in our birthday party experience this weekend. The staff seemed so disorganized. We weren't really sure where to go, and once our wristbands were on, we were told I had the wrong ones and no one should have given them to me. (How was I supposed to know that)? The socks were an issue because one person gave me enough socks for my party, but then the people up front also had the socks and that caused an issue. It didn't seem as if the party was a big deal, most places treat the party guests really well and make them feel special. Definitely not in this case. Most of the staff just sat around chatting, and took their precious time getting up from their seats when members of our party would arrive. My party time was from 2:00-3:45, and when I told one of the employees this, he corrected me and told me that wasn't the case, although I had the email confirming the time. I did not like the way everyone made you fell as if we were a bother to them and they didn't want to help us get everything settled and figured out before our party time started. The place was also extremely hot, an we were so uncomfortable. Lastly, I thought the room we had upstairs was for our party, but there were other people up there watching their children from above. We will definitely never come back to the Sandhills HiWire, we will use the one in Irmo. Don't waste your money here!
  • Horrible experience. We had our son's 4th birthday there at Jumpin Jacks. The time scheduled was 10:00am - 11:45. My wife and I paid $165 for 10 kids to play; plus $15 apiece for pizzas (you are not allowed to bring any outside food or drinks except a cake.) all of which came to a grand total of $285 paid to the Plex. The kids jumped in the bouncy houses for one hour then we were called upstairs for the party. The "host" was a teenager who did nothing other than pour lemonade. We had to tell him to get us extra napkins, etc. He basically just stood there. After cake and presents, my son wanted to go back down to bounce more, we had about 10-15 minutes left. We were informed he was not allowed to go back to the bounce area! I told the teens running things that we paid for our time and my son was going to bounce. So we went back in. They got some slightly older girl who came and tried to TAKE my son out while I wasn't next to him! I stopped her and she reiterated since we went upstairs we couldn't come back. I told her to go get a manager. My kid went back to playing and out came Chuck Davis who introduced himself as site manager. I explained to Chuck that we paid for the time and would leave when the time was up. Chuck was very rude and said we paid for an hour of play and 45 mins upstairs. He threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. I honestly could not believe the adult that ran the place was hassling the people who just paid him almost $300 dollars over one kid and 10 mins. He refused to to give me the name of the owner as did the people who worked at the front desk. But they did inform me I could pay $5 more dollars to bounce all day! (Chuck neglected to mention this.) I also found out it only costs $8 normally for a child to get an all day bounce pass!!! So if you are planning to book a party here don't. Have your party at the ci-ci's pizza around the corner then just come and pay $8 per kid to bounce as long as they want instead of wasting almost $300 to be nickel and dimed and given the bums rush out the door after an hour and 45 minutes!
  • BEST TRAMPOLINE PARK EVER!!! Hi-Wire is awesome. My only, but MINOR complaint is that I went to get a Mtn Dew out of a machine and it wouldn't accept my money. Good cheap fun for me, family, and all other people! Thank you employee Taylor for getting me into the park for free! That is my cousin by the way... The price for 1 hour is $13 and for 2 hours it's $21.
  • It's pretty expensive but the kids love it. Nice facility, clean. But $40 for 1 adult, a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old for hi wire (1 hr) and bounce houses is steep in my opinion. Included in that total cost was $6 for three pairs of socks, which honestly they're really good quality so I guess that's not too bad
