I took my 14 year old to the Plex thinking it would be a nice weekday break. This was our first time visiting. There was noone at the desk when we arrived around 1015 a.m. so we had to wait for someon...  more »

The family went to the Plex specifically for laser tag. We ended up competing with two other groups. We all had an awesome time. My only complaint is that the course is somewhat small, even though it'...  more »

We've been wanting to come here for a while but have just been busy. We came 6/16/2017. When we came in, there was no one in the front to show us where to go. We found an employee and informed her that this was our first time and we weren't sure what to do. All she did was point in the direction of the bouncy houses. That was it. Didn't say a word to us. We walked the direction she pointed and saw the bouncy houses and skating area. We then walked in the direction of the trampolines and found the front desk. His customer service was severely lacking as well. It's weird to have a place that caters to young adults and children with no employees smiling or seemingly enjoying their job. Seemed like a good place but not too sure if we'll be coming back. If the employees have very poor customer service and communication skills, how are they going to respond when an incident or injury occurs. This may not be how it always is, but service was lacking. -Paul Hensley

I like Plex for the most part. Prices have gone up, but I see the money is being spent to expand and add things like lockers (which you pay for), a laser tag arena, and fancy Aquafina vending machines (water fountains are under the stairs by the bathrooms, near the arcade games). It's a good place to burn off some energy, especially in the summer, so I was a bit disappointed when I showed up at 6:52 pm on a Sunday evening with my child anticipating an hour's worth of jump time, then being told, "We close in 8 minutes" in the parking lot. "I thought it was 8:30?" I asked. "Yeah, Google says 8:30, but we close at 7." Aah, okay. Well, at least you know about the problem. The bright side was that I saved $23, but we were seriously bummed and headed back home. Don't worry, I suggested an edit to the Google profile and hopefully fixed the apparently well-known issue. If you've never been, I would recommend it for the activities, but not much else beyond that. Cleanliness and friendliness are hit or miss. Some staff members are very attentive and helpful, while others sit on the couches in Hi-Wire on their cell phones. Jumpin' Jacks carpet is tragically in need of replacement, so I recommend socks. The music is good and there seems to be plenty of places for parents to relax and watch their kids play. Overall, it's a fun place, but I do wish there were more options for this kind of entertainment in Northeast Columbia.

Got here with grandson at 12:50 intending to let him jump at 1:00. The line wasn't terrible but it still took us until 1:20 to get our tickets. There were only 2 people working at the desk and neither were in any hurry to speed things along. Then guess what? They wouldn't let us jump until the 1:30 time start. Since there were only about a dozen who had gotten their tickets for the earlier time slot can't imagine how it would have hurt anything. Very frustrating!!

Terrible terrible management! Customer service- non existent. Do NOT waste your money on a party here!! Much cheaper to pay by the child... they don't supply anything but a table for your party anyway. Their "host" stands at the table with a frown on their face and don't even speak. My kids wanted to do laser tag but I won't be giving this place another penny. #RIPPEDOFF

Required to give one star to post review, that's two too many. Went to Plex with daughter and grandsons(3 & 5). She logged us in. Place stinks...smells like old dirty socks...carpet in bounce area obviously not vacuumed in several days and I'll bet bounce arcade hasn't been sanitized since the facility opened...men's restroom was a disaster...two commodes clogged, one stall without paper, dried feces on floor and front of commode, urinals clogged with paper. Spoke to management and she said she would take care of situation...two hours later NOTHING...spoke to another about men's restroom on my way out. Will never go back, even if it was free. I need a tetanus shot, a very hot shower and a change of clothes.
