  • Let me mention the good part first. The selection is nice. The kids enjoyed looking around. Now for the rest: Horrible service! Went there on a Tuesday, with my boys. Walked in to the store, looked around for several minutes, no one ever greeted us, spoke, or bothered to ask if we needed help. The employees appeared to be too busy chatting and socializing to be attentive. When I proceeded to the register to check out, I asked for the manager's number. The girl at the register said she did not have it, she asked one of the other employees (who was just chilling in the back with someone who appeared to be a homegirl, no uniform or work shirt). So, the other employees, who I'll call Mallory, asks me why I want the number! Really?!! I'm thinking "You have completely ignored us the entire time we've been here. Made eye contact several times, and never even said so much as "Hello, ma'am". They definitely need training in how to deal with the public.
  • Not once, but the last two times I've been here, my popcorn product was stale. Upon notifying an unapologetic manager, I was lucky in their minds, because they were going to make an exception in their "no returns-exchanges policy and replace my item the second time. Sorry, that's not enough since I have to go out of my way to get an exchange, and I ate the loss the first time. High priced popcorn should be top shelf. They ARE guaranteed to be the sales in town!
  • This has a very homey feel to it. When you walk in you feel as though you have gone back in time. I highly recommend the popcorn here or a signature drink. Its a wonderful quick stop or sit down.
  • Friendly folks and great snacks. Love to take grand children here!
  • NOT THE PLACE FOR PEANUTS ANYMORE! I grew up going to this place when they were on Assembly Street, and Cromers was (and still is) know for its peanuts and popcorn. Imagine my surprise when I surprised my wife with a bag of boiled peanuts only to encounter dried up, stiff, borderline crunchy peanuts! The one in the picture was the last straw. I should have waited until Wednesday, and went to the number 1 flea market to get fresh ones! Disgusting!
