  • It's a beautiful garden for a little peace and quiet. Some of beds are raised. Shelter Insurance maintains this garden and it's worth a visit.  more »
  • A must stop to relax. Closes before dark. Many many varieties of trees, shrubs, flowers, and roses. Old historical school building and goldfish ponds.  more »

  • Firstly, I am very biased for this place as I'm a horticulturist landscaper by trade. Going into the gardens is just a joy to look around, see the different plants, how the paths wind around. It's really nice for anyone to go into, but for me I can see all the effort it takes to keep the place in top notch order. It's nice and easily a must see if your visiting.
  • Beautiful garden. There's a really neat historic classroom in the center that the kids love. There are tons of people playing Pokemon go there, so expect a few walkers.
  • Great spot in the city for a quick break. Nice path throughout the gardens. No public restroom .
  • Beautiful and peaceful. Love how everything is labeled. Summer concert series is lovely and kid friendly.
  • Always a pretty walk woth so many different types of flowers and trees to look at! There is plenty of seating and picnic tables, and even better is how many shady trees there are to sit under!
