  • RCI guest: The "kitchen" carpet had a melted area where something hot had ruined the carpet. There was a runner in front of the appliances that was continuously rolling up and becoming a trip/fall hazard. The cupboards were so high up that it was necessary to stand on a chair to get to the plates, glasses and other goods stored in them. The bathroom although beautifully decorated had moldy dirty grout. There was a jetted hot tub in the bathroom, but no instructions on how to use it. There were no safety bars or hand grips in the shower. There was no place to hang a wet wash cloth or towel. The nearest BBQ grill was 2 blocks away. There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the unit. We were informed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. were for Inn guest only. I do not believe that I have stayed in a RCI or World facility where I felt less welcome. There was a $12.00/day service fee. For WHAT?
  • The place is GREAT! The furnishings were excellent, it was spotlessly clean, the landscaping was lovely. The rooms were large and well supplied with everything you could want/need. There is even an outdoor storage closet for your sports equipment The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The concierge is extremely knowledgeable and well equipped with material about things to do in the area. Very highly recommend!
  • Bought a vacation package with these guys for $200 and was wanting to stay before we looked into their condos. I would never do business with them They are refusing to honor the voucher or give my money back. They are thieves and took $200 dollars of my money and gave me a lame excuse. I only requested to spend my weekend up there under their voucher they offered me and they pretty much laughed at me and have been ignoring my calls and emails.
  • After a little confusion when we arrived the room was just as we expected nice and clean. It was right in the middle of everything the region had to offer within 30 minutes of Glacier, 10 minutes of Whitefish lake, 20 minutes to Kalispell. Can't wait for our return visit in a couple months.
  • The flat out worst run hotel I've ever been to; just comically incompetent. First off, they screwed up our reservation so we had to change rooms half way through our stay (without so much as a free drink coupon or even an apology) and then managed to screw up the room transfer and lost our luggage for a couple hours. Bed in the first room was just flat out awful and only had one flat, old pillow. They just flat out forgot to clean our room the one day we didn't need to switch rooms. They weren't really sure when the coffee shop was open because the barista just sort of shows up whenever evidently (to make sub par drinks). The restaurant messed up our order but totally gave us $4 off the bill. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
