  • I remember coming to Patsy's when I was little and enjoyed taking my kids now many, many years later. There are so many wonderful delights to choose from. It's hard to pick just one. It's small but th...  more »

  • What a fun behind-the-scenes tour of a legendary local establishment! Patsy's has been around since 1901 and provides all of the chocolates to The Broadmoor Hotel. It is an old-fashioned chocolate fac...  more »

  • We were on a Colorado Springs, CO Food Safari Culinary Tour. One of the stops was here. We bought some truffles. They were so good. They are small sized. Just the perfect size as it turned out. I was amazed that the size really makes a huge difference.I will go back for sure. Nice people working there. I have to try their hot chocolate.
  • So starting off with Cora is amazing!!!! Call ahead and ask to be booked for the tour!!!! Only Mondays and Fridays 11 and 2!!! And get there a little early for parking :) back to Cora Not only did she get us situated with a tour she was so personable with a group of 23!!!!!! Of course anyone with a nut allergy beware, my son is allgeric and in the beginning she was so help and friendly to tell us she'd try to find some samples for him. Of which was not necessary cause my son is use to it. :) very entertaining, and funny. I'm visiting from California and am so happy we got her as our tour guide!! Also awesome samples!!! Some places give you cut up pieces here they give you whole samples!! Salt water taffy was amazing too!!!! Support the locals, this place is awesome. I had gone to the rocky mountain chocolate place downtown old Colorado Springs they were rude about my sons allergy. Yes I understand there are no guarantees. I was just asking if they put nuts on their sundaes. So thank you Cora you are a blast!!!!! Oh the chocolate is fantastic too!!! I'm bringing it home as gifts!!!!
  • Our tour was started with the women behind the counter shouting at each other about who was going to give the tour. Neither one of them wanted too, and both of them said as much. The guy who gave the tour, was rude, and told the kids things like, "I hate Easter, Valentine's Days, Halloween and Christmas. I hate them, because that means I have to work hard and I hate working hard." And "I don't use that machine that thing is a piece of junk and I hate it..." he pretty much just told us how much he hated his job and how all of the equipment was broken down junk. The factory itself was filthy. The only thing that made it a two star day, was the kids seemed to think it was okay.
  • Candy looks great haven't tasted any yet. Felt like I was an after thought . No samples of candy out. Front staff couldn't understand what I said
  • Went on a tour, SO FUN! awesome to see how they do things!
