  • We visited this park twice on our trip and each time was just as humbling. We were here for the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial service and my husband's fire department had a Line of Duty Death (LOD...  read more »

  • Fun people watching at the tranquil lake. My daughter likes that it's not near as crowded or busy compared to local pools, music is better, less expensive, beautiful church bells play regularly, minnows?? in the water, and she can play in the sand.
  • I am absolutely disgusted right now with the parks maintenance! They're "supposed" to be holding an event and NONE, ABSOLUTELY NONE! of the port a potties have toilet paper and all the public restrooms that ARE stocked with toilet paper are closed because of the event. Then they charge parking in FREE PARKING areas on the OTHER SIDE of the park that has NOTHING to do with their event $10 or $20 to park when people are trying to take their kids to the park! Accomadate EVERYONE! The city makes PLENTY of revenue off the marijuana industry on top of TAXES that everyone pays! Instead of trying to make a quick buck take care of your citizens! It's absolutely disgusting!
  • Awesome park. I have been coming here since I was a kid and I always love it. Beautiful lake and well taken care of. Awesome "Beach House" for swimming., And they do an epic fireworks show o. The 4th of July.
  • Great volleyball courts! Nice leisurely trail around a decently sized lake. Gorgeous views. Well maintained.
  • City park with potential. I encountered three off leash dogs, even though there are signs posted everywhere that digs are required to be on leash. I was approached by two separate men begging for money. This was at 10am on a Tuesday. The walk around the lake would have been nice otherwise.
