  • It's a neat concept to have the restaurant in a high school that has been closed. The d├ęcor is interesting and I had a fun time just walking around. The beer is awesome but the food is average at best...  more »
  • Went to Bristol for dinner. Food service to table took forty minutes after ordering (at counter). Burgers were just burgers, nothing special, $14.95 per. Beer was OK. People were nice, but slowwwwwww.
  • What a cool place! Bristol Brewing is housed within a former school and they've done a great job of keeping the internal and external look and feel of this place - as a school. We've had drinks here t...  more »

  • One of the most interesting breweries in town. It is located in an old school building and they restored it beautifully. Beer is pretty good. Food and shopping options available throughout the building. They have a large patio off the brewery. Service can be a bit slow depending on how busy it is. A must see on the local brewery circuit.
  • Beer is great, I enjoy their variety and quality. The dining experience was terrible. The food was soggy and bland. The wait staff was so disfunctional that we received our food 1 plate at a time every 15 min. It took our party of 5 almost and hour for all of us to get our food. I love the building and beer. Never again would I eat there.
  • I love the location and I am glad they kept so many elements of the elementary school! The beer is pretty good, they have tasty food, but the service can be very hit or miss. Plus dogs are welcomed there.
  • Good food. Great beer. Awesome brewery built inside turn of the century schoolhouse.
  • I think their beer and food is great. However, the service is consistently terrible. They are slow and unattentive. Last time I went in our waitress pocketed $10 and gave us back $5 on a tab that was worth no more than $7 when we gave her a $20. Just pathetic, it's very disappointing. While the atmosphere is great, the poor service makes me not want to return. There are many other breweries in the springs with great beers that treat their customers a lot better.
